What is consignment? 

As a consignment store, our inventory is brought in by our consigners. This means that individuals bring in their clothing and receive money once their item(s) sell. We carefully overlook each item to ensure they are of great quality, current styles, and are new or gently used. We offer a 50/50 consignment; once your item(s) sell, the money goes on to your account and you're free to use it how you'd like! Your items have a 60-90 day window to sell on the floor, but are subject to sales at anytime.

How should you bring in your items?

We prefer your items to be brought in on hangers, otherwise, neatly folded in a tote or laundry basket. We do not accept items in trash bags! Items should be freshly laundered, free of any stains, wrinkles, pet hair, and odors. To keep our inventory up-to-date we ask that items be purchased within the last 2-3 years, and look for Mall, Boutique, and Athletic brands! We take clothing and shoes for the whole family: Men's, Women's & Children's! We also accept purses in excellent condition, as well as un-used makeup and skincare products and lightly used perfumes and lotions. 

What is out-right buying?

Not only do we offer consignment, we also pay CA$H on the spot for your new or gently used clothing! When you bring your items in to sell, we will carefully overlook your items and give you an offer based on the quality and need for them in our store at the time. We will give you same-day cash for this option!

What brands do we carry?

Since we are a consignment store, we are constantly adding new inventory each and every day. We carry mall, boutique and leisurewear including athletics. Some of our top sellers are boutique items, Altar'd State, Nike, Under Armour, LuLuLemon, Umgee, Jodifl, Chico's, J. Jill and Soft Surroundings to name a few! Children's boutique items, Nike, Under Armour, Champion, Children's Place, OshKosh, and Matilda Jane also sell very well. 

What is our return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 72 hours of purchase if items are picked up. Returns and exchanges must have original receipt and tags attached. If items are shipped and need to be returned or exchanged, we can only offer store credit -- no exceptions. 

We do our best to ensure our items are of great quality to avoid having you return anything! 

How does shipping work?

We ship anywhere in the United States, and offer standard shipping with a flat rate of $9.99. 

Will we hold items?

 We are unable to hold items overnight for purchase. Due to our agreement with our consigners, we must keep their item(s) on the floor for 90 days. 

Is everything posted online that is in-store?

Items posted online include just a sneak peek of what we have in-store. It would be a dream to have everything we have in-store also posted online, however, that would be nearly impossible with our quick turn around time!
